Get this: 92.3 KROCK is turning into a talk radio station in January 2006! Damn, I can't believe I just typed that. And it was just getting good again! Here's more info: http://www.nypost.com/entertainment/29682.htm (A link to the New York Post?!? Damn, I can't believe I just typed that.)
Wow, this is almost as bad as when X107, the one "alternative" radio station we had growing up turned into Y107, a country music station. I still can't figure out that switch. Were there really more people listening to country over alternative in the metro NY area in the mid '90s?

i dunno. everytime i come down, its so bad that the only station i can listen to is KTU. shout out to Big Latino.
What? No shout-out to Broadway Billy? KROCK hasn't been bad the last six months. Lots more '70s rock and arena stuff than before. You'd be surprised.
